Hiervoor 5 weken in BestWestern gezeten, daar heb je het gevoel dat je een gast bent en men is je goed van dienst, behulpzaam gastvij, Cosmopolitan daareentegen is kil, geen gevoel dat je serieus wordt genomen, ook mijn speciale eet-wensen of de vraag of kleren kunnen gewassen worden buiten de normale tijden wordt afgewimpeld, of niet mogelijk omdat ze daar niet de resources voor hebben. |

Goede ligging tov winkelstraten. Goed restaurant en vriendelijk personeel. De Deluxe kamer was nogal klein, weinig kast ruimte en een kleine douche ruimte. |

de persoonlijke service van het personeel, altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam, shuttle service is een plus ivm "afgelegen" locatie het ontbijt biedt al 2 jaar lang hetzelfde, totaal geen variatie, tevens geen light producten, het hotel biedt los van een basic gym weinig extra ontspanningsmogelijkheden |

Location was excellent. Hotel staff's command of English was poor. None of them smile at you. Not hospitable enough. Very small seating area in lobby. Only three elevators for a 22-floor hotel (which means long waiting to go up or down. Rooms were small. Little facilities. |

In close proximity to the events we wanted to attend At the time of booking, we reserved a Deluxe suite,however at check-in, we were provided with a room with two single beds, which was clearly not a Deluxe suite. We were also told at the time of first complaining regarding the first room that there were no spare rooms. Only after advising we were moving to another hotel, did a room become available. Check in staff were being dishonest with guests |

Ease of check in and check out as well as the free hotel shuttle bus to Lane Crawford/Times Square Shopping Centre. Payment for internet use in room is out of step with other hotels that offer this service for free. |

its convenience. I am a returning HK resident and the location is ideal. Yes, I am, in my professional life promoting sustainability in buildings. The energy inefficiency of the Cosompolitan beggars belief. Housekeeping staff insert housekeeping cards in the master bedroom switch that they never remove. The aircon in every room is therefore on 24/7 even when the room is not occupied. |

Shhuttle service to Metro station Afterwards if u try to increase ur stay by a day or two,all courtseys disappear meaning cost goes up by atleast 30%. |
