Relatief goedkoop hotel in Hong Kong Kamer was niet schoon, ver buiten het centrum, personeel was onvriendelijk, iedereen kon het hotel in en uit lopen, ook niet-gasten lieper er rond vanwege een winkelcentrum waar het hotel in zat. |

It was an excellent hotel and was everything I expected especially the large pool, steam room and shuttle to star ferry area.. All rooms should be non-smoking. Breakfast price should be a lot cheaper for children and under 5 years should be free. |

Free shuttle bus to the harbour and Mong Kok. Easy to buy because it has the mall in the same buliding. The room is small and I did not know before. Internet failed. the smell, like the smell of cigarette, was not good in the room and the lift. The smell in the lift is like some kind of bad perfume. |

The staff were excellent. WiFi did not work in my room. Because I was working, the pool closing at 7:00pm meant I coulded us it. |

everything, staff were very obliging, gave us late check out until 3pm, and let us stay in the execetive lounge, also upgraded us to suite room nothing, not much of a location if staying longer than overnight, in saying that the hotel do offer transport to Nathan road |

closeness to tube and facilities at the hotel, easy to navigate on the tube to anywhere in hongkong although it is approx 30 mins to HK island that was our choice due to excellent rate |

The shuttle service they provide is great. It is also close to the MRT. Rooms are clean The walls are thin. We could hear next door using the bathroom as if they were in our room |
